IEEE WOWMOM 2006 Camera-Ready Paper Submission Guidelines

Submission of papers via EDAS is now closed. Authors of all accepted papers should format their camera-ready papers as per the instructions and formats provided by the IEEE Publications office, and also upload their papers directly to IEEE as per the instructions (which they should have received via email). The instructions are also available here.

The WOWMOM 2006 proceedings will include three different types of papers: extended, regular and poster. All accepted papers must be formatted according to the guidelines of the IEEE Computer Society Publications process. The exact formatting instructions and templates for the papers will be directly emailed to the corresponding author by the IEEE Publications office. The important dates for the submission process are:

  1. IEEE Notification of Author Instructions and Paper Preparation Templates: March 17, 2006.
  2. Final Camera-Ready Manuscript Due at IEEE: April 14, 2006.

The paper length for the 3 categories of papers in the proceedings are as follows (based on the prescribed IEEE CS template to be provided to the authors):

  • Extended: 10 pages + max. of 2 pages additional @$150/page
  • Regular: 7 pages + max. of 2 pages additional @$150/page
  • Poster: 3 pages (no additional pages allowed)

Each paper MUST have one regular (non-student) registration. The registration deadline to have at least one author register for each paper is April 14, 2006. You can register at http://wukong.uta.edu/cgi-bin/register.cgi
